Extend Your Asphalt’s Life

Sealing your existing asphalt can greatly extend the resistance to environmental factors from damages. Without sealcoating, your asphalt can dry out from its regular exposure to the sun, causing it to become brittle and gradually deteriorate if left untreated. Water collecting and freezing in the gaps or divots can then cause cracks to form, leading to a much larger problem.
